The first part of the course covers the fundamentals of probability theory, including discrete and continuous random variables, multiple random variables, and limit theorems. This section of the course will also cover the application of probability to counting problems. The second part of the course will focus on statistical inference, covering parameter estimation, hypothesis testing, and confidence intervals. Prerequisites: Calculus I, II.
